Introduction

The Oxford English dictionary defines a warrant as a document issued by a legal or government official authorising the police or another body to make an arrest, search premises or carry out some other action relating to the administration of justice. A warrant is an authorisation, a written order, licence, permit, order, mandate and decree. It is a document that entitles the holder to receive goods, money, or services.

We shall use the word "WARRANT" for the prayer effort we will engage in as SAVIOURS to enforce God's rule in the places He plants us.

Prayer is the believers' warrant with which we enter our God-given territories and execute our mandates. Jesus Christ charged His disciples that if they bound anything on earth, it would be bound in Heaven, and if they loosed anything on earth, it would be loosed in Heaven. He also said if two of them agreed concerning anything they asked from God, He would do it for them.

"Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven" (Matthew 18:18-19, KJV).

The chapters that follow carry a prayer warrant of their own. Pray for God's people to REPENT of their sins so as to obtain God's mercy for His visitation upon the land. Raise intercession for God to RAISE saviours, as He raised King Joash, to liberate oppressed people around the world.

"And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will" (Acts 13:22, KJV).
