The Oxford English dictionary defines a warrant as a document issued by a legal or government official authorising the police or another body to make an arrest, search premises or carry out some other action relating to the administration of justice. A warrant is an authorisation, a written order, a licence, a permit, an order, a mandate, and a decree. It is a document that entitles the holder to receive goods, money or services.
Prayer is the believer's warrant or pass with which we enter God's presence and receive His miracles. Through prayer, we give the glory to the LORD and remain humble before Him.
"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God" (Philippians 4:6, KJV).
